Les Allinson has passed away

The PICISOC community is sad to hear of the news of Les Allinson’s passing. Les played a key role in the establishment of PICISOC as well as pioneering ICTs and Internet in the Pacific when working as IT Manager at SOPAC (see PICISOC history page).
