APTLD Commits to Support Pacific IGF 2021, Joins Forces with the Local Community

In an effort to promote good ccTLD management practices in the South Pacific, APTLD is going to contribute to the Pacific IGF to be held in the onsite format in Nadi, Fiji, in September 2021 back to back with APTLD80.
As an observer to the Pacific IGF Multistakeholder Steering Group formed to deal with preparations for the IGF, APTLD contributed to its inaugural online meeting and discussed the layout and logistics of the upcoming event.
It is also envisaged that the PACIGF should also receive support from some APTLD Members and ICANN.
The draft agenda of the joint event is expected to be unveiled in late-February 2021, the pandemic situation permitting.
