PacINET

As one of the largest and most active Internet Society Chapters in the Asia Pacific region, PacINET is the annual and inclusive Internet and ICT conference for the Pacific Islands. Technical experts, industry reps, government employees, civil society, and academics, in fact anyone who works or has an interest in ICTs in the Pacific islands, come together to explore issues and join forces with a range of international expertise.

This year’s PacINET 2015 will be held at PacINET@NetHui, Auckland, New Zealand (8-10 July, 2015)

The annual event is hosted in different Pacific countries each year and here’s a list of previous PacINETs:

2014 – 22-25 September 2014, Rarotonga, Cook Islands

2013 – 9-13 September 2013, Nuku’alofa, Tonga

2012 – 22-26th November, Suva, Fiji

2011 – 7-11th November, Pago Pago, American Samoa

2010 – 13-17th September Port Vila, Vanuatu

2009 – 7-10th September, Port Moresby, PNG

2008 – 1-5th September, Rarotonga, Cook Islands

2007 – 14-22nd August, Solomon Islands

2006 – 21-26th August, Apia, Samoa

2005 – 22-27th August, Tarawa, Kiribati

2004 – 23-27th August, Port Vila, Vanuatu

2003 – Kingdom of Tonga

2002 – Nadi, Fiji
